Caring for BTS leather products is simple but requires adherence to a few basic guidelines. While our leathers can be restored, we recommend annual maintenance to keep them looking their best. The majority of our items are crafted using premium cow leather, though some are made with sheep and goat skins or buffalo hides.

Yes, many of our wallets can be personalized with name engraving to make them uniquely yours.

If a product is eligible for engraving, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Once you select the engraving option, you’ll be prompted to enter the desired text and choose a font that suits your style.

Please note that payment for name engraving must be made in advance through online bank transfer or credit card. Unfortunately, this service is not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We reserve the right to decline engraving of any name, letters, or words without providing a reason. If this occurs and payment has already been received, we will issue a full refund for the order.

Proper care can ensure your leather product ages beautifully and remains durable for years to come. Here are some tips to maintain its quality:

  • General Cleaning: For bags or wallets, use lukewarm water and mild soap for cleaning. Avoid harsh cleaners or household products containing alcohol, as they can damage the leather.
  • Conditioning: Simple, natural waxes, such as beeswax, are the best way to condition the leather. Avoid expensive cleaners and conditioners as they may contain harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid Stains: Keep your leather product away from makeup, food, and oil-based products to prevent staining.
  • Do Not Machine Wash: Never wash leather items in a washing machine or dry them in a tumble dryer.
  • For Suede: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt. Clean with a suede-specific cleaning agent. New suede may experience “crocking,” where dust rubs off onto hands or clothes. Minimize this by rubbing the suede with a terry towel.
  • For Patent Leather: Clean with a damp cloth and then shine with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using shoe polish on patent leather.
  • If Wet: Wipe off excess moisture and let the item dry naturally. Never use direct heat sources like fire, radiators, or hair dryers.
  • Dealing with Liquid Stains: Act quickly and blot gently with a clean, dry cloth.
  • A Final Reminder: Leather is a natural material—treat it as you would care for your own skin.

Additionally, our products are crafted from genuine leather, a natural material. This means variations in grain and color may occur, making each piece unique and authentic—a hallmark of genuine leather.

Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed, it will be processed immediately. For confirmation, you may receive a call shortly after your order has been processed.

You will also be notified of your order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp/SMS message.

Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

However, in case of any technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, such as heavy rainfall, epidemics, or strikes, the delivery time may be extended depending on the situation.

Once your shipment has been confirmed and booked, you can track your order by entering your order number or the courier tracking number provided via email or SMS.

Alternatively, you can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's portal for real-time updates.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accepted.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.

For engraving orders, once the product has been personalized, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We partner with reputable courier services, including TCS and Leopards Courier Service, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

We are actively working on enabling international shipping and are currently in the testing phase.

Once available, shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are accompanied by the original price tag and receipt. (Returns are applicable for online purchases only.)
  • Damaged, used, altered, or engraved products are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via cross cheque or bank transfer.

We strive to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist.

Products purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate the process.

If you experience any issues with your product—whether due to a manufacturing fault, regular wear and tear, or accidental damage—please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.

Product complaints will be assessed by our product team to determine the nature of the issue. The maximum timeline for resolution is 30 working days, though most cases are resolved much sooner.

To assist with your complaint, please provide the accurate date of purchase (or order number for online purchases) along with your contact number.

For issues unrelated to manufacturing faults, a nominal charge may apply, and we will inform you of the cost in advance.
