Terms and Conditions of Online Purchase

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include 18% General Sales Tax (GST).
• Payments in foreign currencies will be valued based on net receipts in PKR after deductions at prevailing exchange rates.
• Prices exclude additional charges or fund transfer fees.
• If an error occurs in pricing, the order will not be accepted until corrected. If payment is made, any excess will be refunded or shortfall must be paid.
• BTS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice or decline orders without reason.
• Any customs duties or levies are the customer’s responsibility.
• Due to the natural characteristics of leather, slight variations in color and grain may occur. Monitor displays may also affect perceived color.
• If a color is out of stock, an alternative may be offered with the customer’s consent.
• Accessories or trims may vary but will match in finish and color.
• Delivery times are estimates and exclude public holidays.
• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, and delivery timelines begin from that point.
• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but BTS strives to meet timelines.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Claims for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses or unavailability will not be entertained.
• BTS is not liable for losses, delays, or damages caused by courier services.
• Payments must be made using a single method indicated at checkout.
