Important Notice
All sale items are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, exchanges and returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below. Each case is handled with full discretion.
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit. Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of colour are not accepted as grounds for return.
We do not offer cash or card refunds. Approved returns will be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or replaced with a piece of equal value at our discretion.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags must remain attached. Any sign of use, perfume, deodorant, or damage caused by the customer will void the return.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, BTS covers return shipping. If the return is for any other accepted reason, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Email cs@bts.com.pk with your order number, clear photographs of the item, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps.
BTS does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects. This policy exists to protect the hygiene and integrity of intimate apparel for all our customers.
