✦ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day.

✦ Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

✦ International Shipping
We ship internationally to select destinations. Delivery times vary between 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

✦ Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. The BTS branding appears only on the inner box, visible only upon opening — your privacy is absolute.

✦ Tracking
A tracking number is sent via email upon dispatch. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.

✦ Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
